In 2012 Erik Buell was named the California state bodyboard champion. After passing on joining the world tour, he moved overseas and later founded Better Bias in Paris, France. A marketing production studio now based in Southern California.

The American artist lives between California and Île de France, creating visual works ranging from commercial films to still imagery.
